Position signature and initials fields on a document (main document or an attachment by its id). Coordinates are percentages from the bottom-left corner of the page; A4 portrait fields are about 19.55 wide and 9.42 high, landscape 15.05 by 12.13. Each call replaces every previous placement of that document, so always send the complete set. ZapSign applies the new layout when the next signer signs; the response confirms acceptance, not geometry.
