Get one signature document with its signers (status, signing link, signed time), attachments and temporary file links (they expire after about an hour; call again for fresh ones). This is the polling operation: status is pending until every signer signed, then signed; refused is final. Poll at most every 30 seconds and call documents.import_signed once status is signed. Signers are capped at 50 per response; signers.get reads one.
