Publish a page
Freeze the draft into a new immutable version and mark the page PUBLISHED. Links that are not pinned move to the new version immediately (their ids are returned in retargeted_link_ids); pinned links keep showing their version. The response lists input keys added, removed or changed versus the previous version.
